Mayor Pao

Atty. Jose Paolo Miguel "Pao" Evangelista is the current mayor of Kidapawan City in Cotabato Province, Philippines. Born on August 29, he is the son of former Mayor and current Board Member Joseph Evangelista and the grandson of former Councilor Marcelo Miguel. PEOPLAID Education and Professional Background: Mayor Evangelista earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Ateneo de Davao University. Before entering politics, he served as an Associate Prosecution Attorney II at the Department of Justice, was a partner at Evangelista Casador & Casador Law Offices, and lectured in Criminal Law. He also practiced as a real estate broker.
VM Lamata

Melvin Embrado Lamata Jr. is the current Vice Mayor of Kidapawan City, Cotabato Province, Philippines. He assumed office following the 2022 local elections, where he ran as an independent candidate. PHVOTE Political Career: As Vice Mayor, Lamata Jr. presides over the Sangguniang Panlungsod (City Council), playing a crucial role in legislative processes and local governance. His leadership focuses on addressing community concerns and enhancing public services. Through his dedication to public service and proactive approach to governance, Vice Mayor Melvin Embrado Lamata Jr. continues to contribute significantly to the development and well-being of Kidapawan City.

Jason Roy Sibug, also known as Datu Panguliman, is a distinguished member of the Manobo indigenous community and serves as a City Councilor (Kagawad) in Kidapawan City, Philippines. As the president of Tuklas Katutubo, an organization dedicated to the welfare of indigenous peoples, Sibug has been instrumental in various initiatives aimed at uplifting marginalized communities. His leadership extends to cultural endeavors, where he showcases traditional Manobo music, playing indigenous instruments like gongs. In times of crisis, true leaders rise above and beyond the call of duty. During the devastating 2019 earthquake that struck Kidapawan City, Councilor Jason Sibug earned the heartfelt nickname “The Water Boy” for his unwavering commitment to helping his fellow citizens.
PIPOY DIZON

Aljo Cris "Pipoy" Dizon is a dedicated public servant in Kidapawan City, Philippines, currently serving as a City Councilor (Kagawad). His tenure is marked by active involvement in various legislative committees and community initiatives. Councilor Dizon has held significant roles within the Sangguniang Panlungsod (City Council), notably as the Chairman of the Committee on Peace and Order and Public Safety. In this capacity, he authored Resolution 418 of 2019, which requested the City Mayor to strengthen the Barangay Peacekeeping Action Team (BPAT) and other force multipliers by providing them with basic defense equipment, as authorized by law.
